This morning at 0245 Engine 318 responded with 4 AFD personnel as part of Strike Team XNA2200C to the “Tea Fire” in Santa Barbara County.  The fire threatens homes and property in the towns of Montecito, Santa Barbara City and in the county of Santa Barabara.
