This program offers any Napa County resident or worker the ability to learn about disaster preparedness and response that'll assist the family unit, neighborhood or business operator during the first 72 hours after an earthquake, flood or major fire. This is a free, FEMA-based, disaster preparedness training that all can benefit from!
