Neighborhood Watch Meeting

This is an IMPORTANT NEWS ALERT to residents in Angwin, and to those who reside in the Howell Mountain area from the Silverado Trail to the top of White Cottage Road.

There has been a rash of burglaries in our community since January first of this year. It is believed that there are more than one individual or groups of individuals responsible for these crimes. The Napa County Sheriff’s Department has recently made two arrests in Angwin thanks to the efforts of citizens in our community. Their informed efforts were made possible by a recent Neighborhood Watch program hosted by the Sheriffs Department in Angwin.

If you, or someone from your family or neighborhood, missed this program there will be another by special request from the community. Pacific Union College and the Pacific Union College Church will host it in joint effort and Sheriff Deputy Chris Carlisle will be making the presentation.

The information that Deputy Carlisle will provide is beyond the usual “common sense” observations. In his presentation, Deputy Carlisle will explain the tricks, techniques, and the seemingly benign behavior and practices of the perpetrators in our area.

Please make every effort to not only attend this presentation but to invite your neighbors to attend as well.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 1, 2013

WHERE: Pacific Union College Church - Scales Chapel
10 Angwin Avenue Angwin, CA 94508
